Remember when you register, if you plan on participating in any of the convention events which does include any of the meals, you must be registered for a full Convention Participant Registration Pass. Instructions on how to Register are at the top of the Registration Page.

Individual Pricing

Meals and business functions all in one convention price:

  • $125 before Fri, Mar 2nd
  • or $150 on or after Fri, Mar 2nd

Room accommodations at the Gold Strike Hotel & Casino $75 per night if booked before Feb 27th, 2017. Call (888) 245-7529 for hotel reservations.

Please remember if you are going to participate in any convention events you must keep the default Registered Attendee Number at 1 (Your Name taken from the name field) and add anyone else who will be attending with you.

Trade Show Booth Pricing

Booths are available starting at $299 You will not find a better way to meet theatre owners at such an affordable price!

A Booth does not include a convention registration. If you want to attend the convention and be able to participate in the convention events you must keep the convention registration Attendee Number at 1 or add any other attendee that will be coming with you.

Each booth is an 8' x 6' skirted table, two chairs, waste basket, and company signage.

If you wish to ship any materials to the convention center prior to the event, please ship them to the following address while denoting if it's for the Trade Show or Goody Bags:
